Cambria Design Build Ltd. is committed to accessibility for all individuals in everything we do and will support and comply with the (AODA) Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005. AODA principles are fundamental for us in the way we conduct our business, meeting the needs of persons with any disability with equitable respect and dignity.
 
Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan outlines our strategies, actions, and goals that will ensure we identify, and remove any barriers preventing any people with disabilities from accessing our services, and facilities. We continuously strive to take steps to improve diversity, inclusion, and accessibility principles in compliance with the Human Rights Code, the AODA, and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, IASR Reg. 191/11. In accordance with the standards, this plan will be reviewed and or updated every five (5) years.  
 
The Multi-Year Plan will be posted at the Cambria Design Build Head Office location and will be made available in an accessible format upon request.
 
 
Recruitment, Selection, Employment, and Assessment

Individual accommodation plans will be developed for employees with disabilities requesting them, as collaborated by the employee and Cambria Design Build Ltd.
 
Individual Development Plans are developed as a tool to allow all individuals the opportunity to grow and develop with respect to the accessibility needs of its employees. Individual Development Plans are initiated through the discussions of department heads, HR, and the President via Employee Performance Reviews.

Cambria Design Build Ltd. will provide information and communication in accessible formats for any persons with a disability upon request for the purpose of submitting and responding to obtaining information, and or feedback.

 Training
Cambria Design Build Ltd. has provided training to its employees for the purpose of and under the requirements of The Accessibility for Ontarians Act, 2005, The Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, and The Human Rights Code as it pertains to people with disabilities. Cambria Design Build Ltd. will continue to invest and provide ongoing training to its employees and will retain copies of all training. The plan outlined here serves as part of our training program.
 
Customer Service
If there is a temporary disruption of goods, services, or facilities used by persons with disabilities, Cambria Design Build Ltd. will provide notice of the disruption to the public as it pertains to specific sites owned and operated by Cambria Design Build Ltd. as to the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration, and available service alternatives.
